About Us The Amino Vital® Sports Science Foundation is a not-for-profit organization funded by Ajinomoto to foster research and educational activities relating to amino acids and their uses, benefits and long-term efficacy in the fields of sports science and sports nutrition. Our mission is two-fold: One, we aim to broaden and deepen general knowledge of amino acids and the roles amino acids play in sports science and sports nutrition. Two, we are committed to furthering research on the benefits, efficacy and usage of amino acid sports supplements.
